Michael (Mike) Ristau serves as Senior Vice-President for Strategy, Marketing, Business Partnerships and International Operations at 3M Health Information Systems Division in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in business strategy, marketing, international business development, Six Sigma and multiple customer facing roles. At 3M HISD Mike has led efforts to develop the strategic portfolio of the enterprise with a lens on customer and industry trends and core capabilities necessary to compete in a rapidly changing global marketplace. He has developed process and teams to build a stronger international presence that includes Market Assessment, Entry strategy, key partnerships and local team and talent development. 

On the marketing front, Mike and his team have developed core capabilities in thought leadership and digital demand generation. This work is aligned to how customers consume information in a rapidly changing media marketplace.

Prior to joining 3M HISD, Mike served in multiple roles in his 29 year 3M career serving multiple businesses and market verticals including Transportation Safety, Hospitality, Commercial Branding and Government Affairs.
Mike received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Bachelors of Arts from the University of New Hampshire. He has a certification in Strategic Management from Columbia University and is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Kari Cornicelli, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Children's brings more than 30 years of experience to the organization, with expertise in healthcare finance and value growth.  Previously, Cornicelli had a successful 22-year tenure with Sharp Healthcare – most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus where she worked to grow the enterprise into the 1,036-bed, $1.3 billion enterprise it is today.  Active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Cornicelli has served as National Chair of its Board of Directors and is also a past president of the San Diego Chapter. She has contributed to several national task forces and frequently speaks at healthcare finance conferences.  Cornicelli previously served on the California Hospital Association Board of Directors and the Neighborhood Healthcare Board of Directors. In 2015, she was named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of 150 Hospital and Health System CFOs to Know and Becker’s 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know in 2017, 2016 and 2015.  Cornicelli earned a degree in accounting from Weber State University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Healthcare Financial Management Association Fellow, and a graduate of the California Healthcare Leadership Program.   


 

Mary P. Griskewicz, MS, FHIMSS

Mary’s thought advisory, management and sales experience spans over 25 years’ with payer, provider, health IT developers and industry trade organizations. Today Mary works to shape Cigna’s Federal policy positions focused on: Digital Health, Privacy and Security, Connected Health, and Data Analytics. She is an author, national speaker, and instructor in health policy, digital health, and medical informatics. 
She has worked for; HIMSS, Yale New Haven Health System, GE Health Care, IDX Systems, Tek Systems, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, University of New Haven and Northeastern University. 
Mary has received several awards for her work from HIMSS, AMIA, American College of Chest Physicians and InfraGuardCT. 
Mary has her B.A. in Political Science, M.S. in Industrial Relations and is pursuing her Ed.D. From Northeastern University. Mary has been recognized as one of HealthTech Magazines Top Thirty Health Technology Influencers.

John P. Kansky, MSE, MBA, is the President and CEO of the Indiana Health Information Exchange. Prior to joining IHIE, John’s career included experience as a Healthcare IT Consultant, CIO, Clinical Engineer, and a Biomedical Engineering Researcher.

Marla recently served as CEO of the American Nurses Association (ANA) Enterprise where her leadership in enterprise integration, digital transformation, innovation, and creation of a positive work culture transformed ANA into one of the fastest-growing national associations and resulted in a 40% growth in revenues. With her track record of leading complex change, excellent public speaking and meeting facilitation skills, Marla has subsequently been invited to speak, facilitate, coach, and consult with healthcare leaders, start-up healthcare companies, association boards, and multi-stakeholder groups.  She has provided expertise and guidance in leadership and business development, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and preparing for the future transformations in healthcare. Marla’s strength is in assisting leaders to discover and integrate their and their organization’s strengths with best practices to achieve optimal results. Her unique ability is to inspire bold, strategic visioning coupled with skilled operational execution which leads to rapid and transformative growth and innovation. Dan Wilson

Dan Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Moxe. Realizing that secure and efficient exchange of health data is essential to provide the best outcomes for patients he started Moxe. He appreciates the ways abrasion between payers and providers adds cost and complexity to our system. Since 2012, Dan has been building a team dedicated to connecting payer and provider organizations around use case specific, minimum necessary information exchange. Prior to Moxe, Dan worked at Epic implementing EMRs for industry leading institutions around the US. He got his start in healthcare as a claims administrator. 
He completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics and German from the University of Michigan. In Madison, WI, Dan serves as an advisor to the United Way, partners with the school district on experiential learning opportunities, and is a founder and board member of the Chamber of Commerce HealthTech Capitol initiative.
